Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Crafty Monkey has a 30-day return policy unless there is an individual product return policy in the product description section of our website. We will accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your item. Please see how to request a return process below. We are available to make your return a hassle-free experience.

Since we have a variety of high quality suppliers, we utilize our supplier's requirements for returns and are notated in the product description section when applicable. Most suppliers utilize a 30-day return policy, some do not accept returns,
Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at Returns@Crafty-Monkey.com. When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once received, we will inspect and communicate with you within 5 business days.
Note: To be eligible for any return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with manufacture tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or invoice number or order number or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo with the product and an explanation of the issue in your email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sunglasses, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Please contact us quickly if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We can not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, only offer returns and credits.
Credits / Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, within 5 business days of receipt, and communicate when the credit/refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically issued a credit code to be used at check out or refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to the original payment method.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Returns@Crafty-Monkey.com, we will research the refund of payment immediately.
