Where do you ship?
We currently ship to United-States addresses. We plan to ship to the following countries in the future: Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered" or alike, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "track your order" section on your account page on the website.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping times can vary depending on demand of the product. We tend to see our average shipping times between 5-8 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Paypal,
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
SHIPPING
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office or parcel hub to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Since we utilize a variety of quality suppliers, we utilize our supplier's requirements for returns and are notated in the product description section where applicable. Most suppliers utilize a 30-day return policy, Please note additional return information is in the description section of the product you are purchasing.
We have a 30-day return policy on items that do not specifically mention a return policy in the product description section. Returns are accepted 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and credit. We are available to make your return a hassle-free experience.
To be eligible for any return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice number, order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Returns@Crafty-Monkey.com. A photo of the issue with the product and an explanation of the nature of the return should be included in your email.
When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the issue and email it to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us quickly if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We can not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, only offer returns and credits.
However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
How long does it take to process a credit / refund?
Credits / Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the credit/refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically issued a credit code to be used at check out or refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to the original payment method.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Returns@Crafty-Monkey.com, we will research immediately.
OTHER QUESTIONS
Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our products sold through our online store to be free of defect. If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you instructions how to return the product if necessary. Generally, you won't be asked to ship the product to us. At minimum, we will need a picture of the product issue.
